Over the past five years, I have been working as a chef to support my education, strengthening my communication, time management, and leadership skills. I have also gained hands-on experience in my second jobs as a farmhand and motorcycle mechanic, broadening my practical skills and problem-solving abilities. In my spare time, I work on my motorbike and personal projects, play logistics games such as Factorio, and enjoy travelling.

Winner of the Digital Advantage Young Entrepreneurs challenge. Teams were tasked to come up with a business idea, develop the idea into an advertisement and product demonstration, and present it to a panel of judges. My team won first prize and was awarded £2000 to fund further development of the project. I was responsible for the initial app idea as well as project management and software development for the demo app.
Engineering Because
Winner of the Engineering Because engineering challenge. Teams were tasked with designing and building a gripper/manipulator mechanism to move several 3D printed shapes from a set distance away whilst staying within a set budget. I was responsible for the initial design, budgeting decisions, certain construction decisions, mechanism design, and presenting.
Tomorrow's Engineers
Participant of the Tomorrow's Engineers EEP Robotics Challenge. Teams were tasked with building a small mars rover type robot to navigate a set course and move some objects to set targets. I was responsible for designing the gripper/ manipulator mechanism of the robot as well as being the primary programmer as well as organising meetups for the team, creating project timelines and delegating tasks based on everyone's strengths.

I'm extremely passionate about biomimetic engineering and have been working on designs for multiple ornithopters with novel actuation mechanisms for some time now. I also like to fly and build remote controlled airplanes and other drones.
I enjoy going on motorcycle rides to new places with my girlfriend. I also like to do all the maintenance and mechanical work for both of our bikes.
My favourite genre are sandbox and automation games like Factorio and Minecraft. I enjoy building large production pipelines to automate everything I can and achieving maximum efficiency.
Over the past few years I have been learning Russian and I've managed to get to a semi proficient level. I have also recently started learning Mandarin Chinese.
